Hello! I made a meditation for you. In a mindfulness meditation, we anchor our attention to something that is happening in the present moment. The anchor for this meditation is the breath. It’s suitable for teens and adults and runs about 14 minutes. If you have never meditated before don’t feel discouraged if this feels too long. I always suggest starting with 2 or 3 minutes of meditation and working your way up. You can do this meditation seated on the floor, in a chair, or lying down. In all cases, try to keep your body comfortably straight. It’s my first recorded meditation so please excuse any moments of poor sound quality! Legit mic coming soon...
